PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. 25% of the total amount is due at the time of booking (non-refundable).
  2. 50% based on the minimum guarantee must be deposited one month prior to the event.
  3. 25% of the final payment must be deposited one week before the event.
  4. Payment for any extras is due immediately after the function (same day).

TIMINGS & CONDITIONS

  1. DJ timing is restricted to 3:00 PM for lunch events and 10:30 PM for dinner events.
  2. Liquor License Fee and Corkage Charges are extra. Liquor must be purchased from an authorized shop as mentioned on the liquor license. Bar timings are until midnight; after midnight, an additional liquor license is required.
  3. Lunch timing is from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and dinner timing is from 7:00 PM to midnight. Extra time will be charged at Rs. 25,000 per hour, subject to availability.
  4. For hard liquor, notify the banquet at least 7 days in advance as a license must be procured. Costs are borne by the guest.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  1. The menu must be finalized 7 days in advance.
  2. Guests are responsible for their belongings at all times.
  3. Parking is at the owner's risk.
  4. Government taxes as applicable will be charged extra.
  5. In case of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
  6. The final number of attendees (pax) should be confirmed 3 days before the event.
  7. Arms and ammunition are not allowed on the premises.
  8. Firecrackers, cold fires, pyros, or any fireburst items are strictly prohibited in the banquet hall or mall premises, including open areas.
  9. Liquor consumption is only allowed through an L-12A license and is strictly limited to the banquet hall premises. It is not permitted in any other part of the building, including parking, open areas, mall courtyards, or driveways.
